We had an awful experience. The rooms were decent but worst of all, the owner was so rude to us. It made us feel like the experience was awful as well because we couldn’t even ask about anything to the owner without getting a rude response. I’m sorry but if you want a good review you’ve got to be nice to the people staying in your place 🤷🏻‍♀️ The attitude was not needed. Plus we were nice about asking about things so i did not understand the attitude.

Love, Love Love this place. Clean& Beautiful room, very accommodating room. Ideal spot. Good priced. Everything I needed was close by, the Beach, Shopping, Gas. Found a Church to attend close by. There is a little restaurant on the property. Delicious breakfast. Friendly Owner. Oh & the pool. Soo refreshing to swim in it at nite after a long hot, sandy day at the beach. I will Definitely tell people about this place. & Hope to visit there again. The town of Dunedin is very Pretty also.

I felt like I taken a trip back in time when I stayed at Palm Court. It is very charming and the price is good. Eat right next door at a wonderful local eatery. Great location.

This is a nice quaint place, if you like old time simple feel with a safe and clean environment it's perfect. Very much improved since 2009. Look forward to going back.

Very nice stay at Palm Court! Nicely maintained Motel. Anthony and Pam are super accommodating with all their quests. Extended my stay another 5 days. Throughly enjoyed the laid back surroundings. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in delightful Dunedin. The salt water pool is well maintained plenty of spots to relax and enjoy. Thank you.

Lovely motel which has been tastefully restored using original and new furniture. I could imagine what it was like in the 60's! The pool is an added bonus. The owners are so helpful and they have everything that you need for a great stay.Refreshing to stay somewhere that is independent and not corporate.

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of our visit to Dunedin. The room with a kitchenette was so comfortable it felt like home. The owner was efficient and friendly, and tended to our requests promptly. We will definitely return.
